Kay Baugh shows a visitor the computer site for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library program, which provides books to preschoolers each month, at no cost to parents. Baugh volunteers at least 20 hours a month, entering data and keeping track of participants, to help the local Imagination Library running smoothly.
