Reports are provided by the Wilsonville Police Department, a division of the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office

Police Reports
Wilsonville Police reported the following incidents. The department is run under contract with the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office. Incidents are listed by category and in order of time reported. All suspects are legally innocent until proved guilty in court.

ARRESTED
Ricardo Arce Delgado, 27, unknown residence – He was arrested at 5:01 p.m. Feb. 13, southbound Interstate-5 at S.W. Miley Road, and charged with failure to carry and display a driver’s license. His car was towed, he was booked into Clackamas County Jail, cited and released.
Thomas Edward Webber, 42, unknown residence – He was put on a civil detox hold, at 7:03 p.m. Feb. 13, after being found at 29800 block, S.W. Town Center Loop West.
Kimberly Lyon, 21, Corvallis – She was arrested at 10:38 p.m. Feb. 14, S.W. Canyon Creek Road at S.W. Boeckman Road, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of intoxicants. She registered a .13 blood alcohol percentage, was booked into Clackamas County Jail, cited and released.
Jedidiah James Miller, 29, Wilsonville – He was arrested at 12:24 a.m. Feb.14, 10300 block, S.W. Wilsonville Road, and charged with one count of fourth-degree assault. He was accused of hitting someone with his hand. He was booked into Clackamas County Jail, cited and released.
Christopher Charles Fogg, 24, West Linn – He was arrested at 12:31 a.m. Feb. 17, northbound Interstate-5, just north of Elligsen Road, after a deputy noticed he was speeding and making an unlawful lane violation. He registered a .20 blood alcohol percentage, cited for driving under the influence of intoxicants, booked into Clackamas County Jail, cited and released.
Jed E. Lancaster, 29, Molalla – He was arrested at 4:39 p.m. Feb. 19, 29400 S.W. Town Center Loop West, and charged with second-degree theft. He was accused of shoplifting at Fry’s Electronics. Lancaster was booked into Clackamas County Jail, cited and released.
Stephanie Ann Felion, 24, Vancouver, Wash. – She was arrested at 11:53 p.m. Feb. 20, S.W. Boones Ferry Road at Ridder Road, and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless endangerment. She had crashed her vehicle and refused to take a blood alcohol test. Her car was towed, she was booked into Clackamas County Jail, cited and released.
Brian Wallace Smith, 45, Wilsonville – He was arrested at 12:25 p.m. Feb. 23, S.W. Wilsonville Road at S.W. Boones Ferry Road, and charged with driving while suspended-misdemeanor. He was booked into Clackamas County Jail, cited and released.

THEFT
Feb. 12, 25900 block, S.W. Heather Place – A case of identity theft was reported by a city of Wilsonville employee.
Feb. 13, 28600 block, S.W. Crestwood Drive – Two lights used to illuminate a residential pathway were stolen sometime during the evening. Loss value: $70.
Feb. 16, 29400 S.W. Town Center Loop West – An employee at Fry’s Electronics observed a person shoplifting about 9:30 a.m.
Feb. 19, 6800 S.W. Wilsonville Road – Nearly $200 in $1 bills were stolen from the pants pocket of a student who had placed the pants in an unlocked locker at Wilsonville High School, sometime between 2 and 9 p.m. The money had come from a fundraising project.
Feb. 19, 25600 block, S.W. Canyon Creek Road – A stereo system was stolen from a car sometime between Feb. 17-19 while it was parked at the Wilsonville Summit Apartments. Loss value: $600.
Feb. 19, 25500 block, S.W. Canyon Creek Road – The owner of a Honda Civic discovered that the wheels of his 2005 Honda Civic had been stolen overnight. The car was left sitting on cinder blocks found in the area. Loss value: $1,700.
Feb. 19, 25400 block, S.W. 95th Avenue –About 4:45 p.m., a gas station customer claimed he only asked for $10 worth of gas, while employees said he asked for $20. The employee pumped $20, but the customer “made a fuss,” threw down $10, took two drinks and left.
Feb. 22, 8000 block, S.W. Fairway Drive – Jewelry was stolen from a residence while the owner was having a garage sale. The jewelry, which included a jade pendant, wedding band, gold earrings and bracelet. Loss value: $4,300.
Feb. 22, 29700 block, S.W. Town Center Loop West – A black male adult, with a large build, approximately 30 years old, walked into Game Crazy at 3:30 p.m. and asked to see a Xbox 360 game console. When the store employee turned away briefly, the man walked out of the store carrying the console without paying for it. The suspect left the location driving a newer green Chevy Suburban with large chrome wheels.
Feb. 23, 26000 block, S.W. Canyon Creek Road – A gone was rifled through overnight and a duffle bag was stolen. The bag was found later a few feet from the car. Nothing else was stolen.

HARASSMENT
Feb. 14, 29500 block, S.W. Brown Road – A report was filed by a witness of harassment in a duplex parking lot, about 7 p.m.

CRIMINAL MISTREATMENT
Feb. 17, 10900 block, S.W. Wilsonville Road – A report was filed in behalf of a 5-year-old child, in which someone “demanded specific items” from him.

DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED
Feb. 17, southbound Interstate-205 at Stafford Road – A driver was stopped for having expired tags, and also cited for driving while suspended-violation. He was not able to show proof of insurance or vehicle registration, and told police he was only driving because he had no place to sleep that night.

HIT AND RUN
Feb. 16, 30200 block, S.W. Boones Ferry Road – A car was hit at 2 p.m. by an unknown vehicle while parked at Albertson’s.
Feb. 17, 8400 block, S.W. Main Street – A car was sideswiped while it was parked at Red Robin, about 1:15 p.m. The passenger side door was dented from edge to edge.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY INTO A MOTOR VEHICLE
Feb. 8, 10600 block, S.W. Edgewood Court – The contents of a vehicle were searched through by an unknown suspect.
