Wilsonville High School Japanese teacher Joelle Scrbacic (front) helped chaperone a delegation of Wilsonville students to Japan in June where they toured some of the country’s biggest sites.
The Wilsonville Sister City Association elected new officers and made plans to a delegation from Japan later this fall, at its annual meeting last Tuesday.
