The city of Wilsonville agreed to pay for 1,800 feet of a sewer main to the new Lowrie Primary School, and hopes to recoup some costs as developers build on adjacent land.
Although Lowrie Primary School opened this week, making sure the school was constructed on time required some extra effort, and money, on the part of the city.
