A large load of pipe spilled onto the roadway Wednesday morning as a truck driver was trying to maneuver the wide turn onto northbound I-205 from southbound I-5.
Traffic on Interstate 5 south was jammed from Tualatin to Wilsonville after a Tuesday morning truck rollover crash closed the Interstate 205 northbound ramp from I-5.
