Wilsonville junior Christie Halverson placed second in the girls 500-yard freestyle finals and came in fourth in the girls 200 free race Feb. 16 during the Class 5A state championships at Mt. Hood Community College in Gresham. Halverson also was a member of the?Wildcats’ 400 free relay.
