Wilsonville's John Ludlow will be sworn in as chair of the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners on Monday, Jan. 7, as will the newly-elected commissioner Tootie Smith (left).
The ceremony honoring the swearing in of officials in Clackamas County will be held Monday, Jan. 7,  at 6 p.
