An OrePac trailer overturned in windy conditions on the Astoria-Megler Bridge Friday afternoon, according to the Oregon State Police. Trooper Dave Herman said the OrePac semi-truck pulling two trailers was headed into Oregon from Washington and was on the north end of the bridge fighting heavy winds during Friday’s stormy weather.
