Following the burying of a new water transmission main, a road near Wilsonville will be resurfaced this month.
Tooze Road will be reduced to one lane starting on Monday, May 5 for the road work, which is expected to last two weeks, according to the city newsletter. The paving will begin at the intersection of Tooze Road and Westfall Road and continue to 1277 Southwest Tooze Road, where the city is currently building a new water reservoir.
The Westside Reservoir Project involved a new concrete reservoir with a 3-million gallon capacity. The new water transmission main buried under Tooze Road will feed into the new reservoir.
